Scott Dombeck

Mr. Dombeck began his career with the City of Omaha in 2013. Scott as everyone calls him has a bachelors in Library Science and has been an active member of Unions since 1977. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He is available to assist anyone of the members when they have concerns. As the Vice President of Local 251 since 2021, Scott has been instrumental in successfully assisting in negotiations for Douglas County Youth Center and the City of Omaha. Both contracts recieved the largest increases in the history of our collective bargaining agreements.
